By accessing or using our Services, whether or not you register to use the Service, you agree to the terms of this Agreement and to the collection, use and disclosure of your information we will use in providing service to you, which establish a contractual relationship between both parties “You” and “WashKwik”. It is recommended that you first read the Agreement before providing us with any personal information.
As a condition of use of this Ageement, you further acknowledge that WashKwik, as needed, may modifr this Agreement at any time by providing notice to its users. This notice will be given by posting a revision to the “Terms & Conditions of Use”.
Your continued access of our website or use of Services after posting a revision constitutes your consent to be bound by our “Terms of Conditions of Use” agreement, as amended. You agee to review this agreement periodically to stay aware of any or all modifications which we make.
All reproduction of our website or parts thereof is strictly prohibited without expressly written consent.
If errors or inaccuracies occur anywhere within our website, you acknowledge that they may happen and we will make every effort to correct them. Your use of our website acknowledges you will hold us harmless of any liability that may result from an error. All disputes are subject to federal laws of the United States and those of the State of Iowa.
To use our Services, you must be a registered “Account User”. You must be at least 18 years old. To sign up for services you agee to provide personal information which includes your legal name, address, mobile phone number and have a valid bank debit card or a valid major credit card in your name. You agree to maintain your account by keeping up-to-date any changes to your personal information and your User name and Password information. Only one account per person is allowed.
By being an account holder you agee that WashKwik is permitted to send you text messages (SMS) as part of our order notifications. You also agree to receiving text messages (SMS), and/or emails notifications of any specials we are running.
In purchasing our services, you agee your personal laundry items are at risk of loss or damages, in which case, we will always make every effort to make it right with you by giving you credit towards your next purchase, where applicable, or reimbursement if necessary, depending on what the loss is for. If loss of clothing, you agee to provide us a receipt of purchase if garment was recently new.
Our Dry Cleaning Damage Policy
All Dry Cleaned which are damaged are only covered by the policy the Dry Cleaner has in place. WashKwik only provides the service of picking and delivering back items sent with an order. All items being sent as being “Dry Clean Only” must be clearly marked with a label, and separated from the rest of the order. WashKwik does not warranty any “Dry Clean Only” garment(s). All claims of damage must be between “You” and the Dry Cleaner we used.
Our Lost Items Policy
If take every precaution to insure your items are returned. However, should something be missing in your order, a claim must be submitted within 48 hours upon delivery back to you, along with a receipt of purchase if claiming it was a new item and the delivery ticket of the order. Reimbursement in the form of store credit towards your next purchase, where applicable, or reimbursement if necessary, depending on what the loss is for.
WashKwik will not hold unclaimed orders longer than 30-days, we will make every effort to return your clothes. After which time we will donate them to charity.
Our Wash/Dry & Fold Policy
By using our website, walk in, or phone-in method of ordering service, you agee to the following:
Only reimbursements for lost items will be for full value if a detailed list of each item is accompanied with the order at the time of drop-off. We will only make reimbursement for any item up to 10 times our charge to clean the item missing. To receive full replacement cost of any item – you must provide us a store receipt of purchase showing what you paid for the item. All other claims will be made in the form of store credit. Mistakes can happen – our approach is to be fair and reasonable with our customers if.
Reimbursement (in the fonn of store credit) will amount to the lower of:
- 10 times our charge for cleaning the item.
- Replacement value of the garment(s), 50% if purchase was within 3 months or less, 25% if from 3 – 6 months, and 10% after 6 months of purchase. Receipt(s) must be furnished upon request.
WashKwik is not responsible for any items left in pockets which are personal property. If at any time we find a syringe in any of your clothing – we will not continue the order and will notifr you that your account has been suspended. The safety of our employee’s always come first.
Our Coupons Program
All of our first time customers of WashKwik will receive $ 10.00 off their first order. Additional coupons are always part of rewarding our returning customers through the promotions we run all the time. However, only one coupon can be used per order.
Our Minimum Order Charge
The minimum order charge is $24.95, and subject to what zone we are servicing. Our pricing is $ 1.00/lb. no matter where you live, however increasing the minimum order charge helps us with the cost of driver time to your location.
Our Mix & Match Program
To receive the best value, our Mix & Match option allows you to meet the minimum order charge by adding other items to your order which are priced differently than the $ 1.00/lb. for personal clothing items. If you are sending a smaller order of clothing – include a Blanket or Comforter to help meet the minimum charge and not pay anymore. It’s like getting your bedding cleaned for free.
