We can save you time, so you can enjoy doing the things you love. We can save you money on soap, water, heating, and electricity. The best part? Our prices are simple and affordable.

What are the hours of operation?

Monday- Saturday 12:00pm – 2:00pm, 4:00pm-6:00pm within the Metro areas.

Do I have to be home for the pickup or delivery?

No. We have instructions telling you where to place your laundry for the driver to pick up and deliver back to if you aren’t home.

What do I put my dirty laundry items in for the driver?

A plastic bag if it’s your first time. You will receive your clean clothes in a reusable garment bag to use for future orders.

What is your minimum order size?

Our minimum order charge is $19.95.

Does the pricing go up if I live further away?

We maintain the same pricing per pound wherever you live within our service area. The minimum order charge may change depending on the zone you are ordering service from.

Do you offer same-day turnaround service?

Yes, if you let us know before 8:00am. Same-day orders will be returned by 8:00pm. There is a $20.00 express fee for this service.

How and when do I pay for your laundry services?

For your first order, you can pay with either a debit or credit card. We accept all major credit cards. For future orders, we will use the card on file, unless you want to use a different one.

Can I manage my account online using any device?

Yes! Laundry service at your fingertips is our motto. You can customize your preferences in detail in your account at any time.

How do I order if I don’t have internet service?

You can place an order over the phone, and we will process your order in much the same timely manner as an online order.

How will my information be kept confidential?

Only the manager level will see your information and know your name. We do not sell your personal data to other third parties, and all credit information is PCI compliant.

What if there is a problem with my laundry upon delivery?

No. Call us immediately and we will try to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

HOW IT WORKS: IN 4 EASY STEPS

Let us pick up your dirty laundry, sort it, stains, wash, dry, fold and deliver back to you in one neat, easy package.

Please bag your clothes you are sending to be cleaned in a plastic bag(s). No bag(s) - no problem, our driver will transfer your items you are sending into a plastic bag. Your clothes are returned in our free garment bag for use with your next order.

We will send you a text letting you know when our driver is in route to pickup your dirty laundry items, based on the day and times we are servicing your area.

We launder your items based on your preferences and using the most personalized standards of quality. After your order has been completed, you will receive a text letting you know it is done and what the final charges are.

Your laundry is brought back to you clean & folded and we will text you when the driver is in route to your home. All first time customers receive a new garment bag as our way of thanking you for choosing us for your laundering service.
